Rules ~ PLEASE READ

1a ~ The Jury is a completely random selection of five (5) users that haven't been charged guilty in any court hearings.
1b ~ The Jury is selected by the Administrators of Lego Society (LeSo&copy). If an Administrator(s) has been charged guilty in any court hearings, he/she will be disqualified from the hearing automatically.
1c ~ The Jury may not be chosen with any form of bias (ie, ethnic group, age*1, relationship, etc...). Discrimination charges will take affect.
1d ~ Members of the Jury must be at least 10 years of age.
1e ~ A friend relationship between a member(s) of the Jury and the Defendant should not effect decisions, all decisions should be made on factual proof.
1f ~ All members of the Jury must agree upon the final decision.
1g ~ Once the decision between the Jury has been made, one of the members of the Jury will present it to the acting Judge.


2a ~ The Staff will act as prosecutors unless being prosecuted.
2b ~ 5 members from the staff will be chosen among themselves.
2c ~ The Prosecutors may not be chosen with any form of bias (ie, ethnic group, age*1, relationship, etc...). Discrimination charges will take affect.
2d ~ The Staff may not threaten nor otherwise bribe the Jury. If such actions are found out, charges will be raised against the member(s) in the wrong.
2e ~ Only the Judge has the right to put into action the punishment whether banning, warning, demoting, or otherwise similar acts.
2f ~ The Prosecutors have the right to converse to the Judge directly.

3a ~ Defendants have the right to a Lawyer, or to represent ones own self.
3b ~ Defendants have freedom of speech, the Defendant may not be held for trial or otherwise punished for saying their side of the story, (unless contradicting with the forum rules).

4a ~ The Judge has all granting/declining power in the court.
4b ~ The Judge may not decide on bias opinion (ie, ethnic group, age*1, relationship, etc...). Discrimination charges will take affect.
4c ~ The Judge acts as the final word in all court matters unless contradicting with forum policy.
4d ~ The Judge has the right to impend immediate actions with no cause (unless contradicting with forum policy).
